When you create an account directly, SMM Fame stores the account details needed to authenticate and manage your access. Passwords are handled through the WordPress account system and are not displayed to SMM Fame staff in readable form.

When you use Google Sign-In, SMM Fame may receive limited account information supplied by Google, such as your name, verified email address, Google account identifier, and limited profile information. SMM Fame does not receive your Google password and does not use Google Sign-In to access unrelated Google account content.

Payments are processed by the payment method displayed and selected at checkout. SMM Fame may receive transaction status, transaction reference, amount, currency, payer or billing details, risk indicators, and other information reasonably required to create, verify, support, refund, or dispute an order.

SMM Fame does not request or intentionally store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, card PINs, or banking passwords. Payment providers, banks, card networks, and wallet providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy policies.

Information may be used to create and manage accounts, authenticate Google Sign-In, verify payments, review target eligibility, process Campaign orders, provide tracking, deliver account and order emails, respond to support requests, and administer refunds, refills, disputes, and security reviews.

Information may also be used to prevent fraud and abuse, maintain accounting and tax records, comply with legal obligations, protect the website and customers, investigate technical problems, and improve store performance and customer support.

SMM Fame processes information where it is reasonably required to perform a customer order or contract, respond to a request, obtain or act on consent, comply with legal obligations, protect customers and the business, prevent fraud, or operate the website securely and effectively.

Essential transactional or security messages may continue while an account or order remains active. Promotional messages, when used, should provide an appropriate opt-out method.

Deletion may remove future account access and information that is no longer required, but it does not automatically erase records that must be retained for completed orders, payments, refunds, taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.

Active Campaigns, unresolved payments, open refunds, security investigations, or disputes may need to be completed or preserved before the request can be fully resolved.

SMM Fame services are intended for persons who are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering a binding contract. The store is not knowingly directed to children under 18.

If SMM Fame learns that information was submitted by a child without appropriate legal authority, it may restrict the account and take reasonable steps to delete information where legally permitted.

Instagram, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Telegram, and other external platforms operate under their own privacy policies, account rules, and security practices. SMM Fame does not control how those platforms process information.

Submitting a public profile, username, or content URL does not transfer ownership of that account or content to SMM Fame. External links are opened at the customer’s discretion.

If GrowNex Ventures or the SMM Fame business is reorganized, merged, acquired, financed, or transferred, relevant customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by law and reasonably necessary for business continuity.

Any successor receiving the information will be required to handle it consistently with applicable law and the commitments that apply at the time of transfer.
