These Terms govern the use of smmfame.store and the purchase of services offered under the SMM Fame brand, operated by GrowNex Ventures. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and must provide accurate account, billing, contact, and order information. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

SMM Fame offers digitally delivered social-media growth services for eligible public profiles and content. No physical product is shipped. The exact deliverable, price, target requirements, estimated timing, and support terms shown on the relevant Campaign page form part of your order.

Unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise, SMM Fame services are not official advertising campaigns operated through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, or another social platform advertising system.

Certain services may be processed through specialist third-party digital service providers. SMM Fame remains the customer-facing seller and support contact, while delivery may depend on provider availability, technical conditions, and the rules or systems of the relevant social platform.

Internal supplier identities, API credentials, provider order references, costs, margins, and private operational notes are confidential business information and are not part of customer-facing order records.

You must submit the correct public profile, username, post, video, channel, or content URL requested at checkout. The target must remain public, accessible, correctly formatted, and unchanged while processing when the Campaign instructions require it.

Incorrect, private, renamed, deleted, restricted, age-gated, or inaccessible targets may delay or prevent fulfilment. Delivery made to the target supplied by the customer is not automatically refundable because the customer later identifies the target as incorrect.

SMM Fame does not require social-media passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs, or banking passwords. Do not submit these details through checkout, email, support, or any other channel.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, billing email, and customer-safe SMMF order references. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access or payment activity.

An order confirmation or payment attempt does not by itself guarantee acceptance or fulfilment. Orders may be reviewed for payment confirmation, target eligibility, duplication, pricing errors, suspected fraud, misuse, and technical availability.

SMM Fame may reject, hold, request clarification for, or cancel an order before fulfilment where the target is invalid, the service is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing is clearly erroneous, or fraud, abuse, or a material policy concern is reasonably suspected.

Processing begins only after the selected payment method confirms a successful payment and any required review is completed. A payment method is considered available only when displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency, approval status, account eligibility, or technical availability.

You authorize the selected payment provider to process the displayed amount. Your bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider may apply currency-conversion, international-transaction, or other charges. Prices and applicable taxes are those displayed at checkout or on the final invoice.

If you believe a payment was duplicated or charged incorrectly, contact SMM Fame promptly with the order reference and payment details so the transaction can be reviewed.

Do not submit a knowingly false dispute or chargeback. Legitimate payment rights are not waived, but fraudulent, abusive, or repeated false disputes may result in order review, account restriction, or suspension.

Start times, delivery ranges, and completion estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Timing may be affected by order size, review requirements, target accessibility, provider availability, platform changes, outages, maintenance, demand, or security checks.

Partial progress does not automatically mean that an order has failed. Customer dashboard and Track Order statuses are informational and may change as payment, review, processing, delivery, and support stages progress.

Social platforms control their own rules, algorithms, moderation systems, eligibility criteria, and displayed metrics. SMM Fame cannot guarantee how a platform will treat delivered activity or that displayed counts will remain unchanged permanently.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, SMM Fame does not guarantee revenue, reach, engagement quality, ranking, verification, monetization, account eligibility, business growth, or any other commercial outcome.

Refill or replacement support applies only when expressly included on the relevant Campaign page and only during the stated eligibility period. Refill eligibility may depend on the target remaining public, unchanged, accessible, and compliant with the original order requirements.

A refill period is not the same as a refund entitlement. Requests may require the SMMF order reference, billing email, target details, and evidence reasonably needed to review the claim.

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Orders may be cancellable before processing starts, subject to review.

Completed digital services are generally non-refundable. Failed, duplicate, or materially undelivered orders may be reviewed for an appropriate remedy. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider and bank processing times.

You must not use SMM Fame for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, harmful or deceptive conduct, unauthorized profiles, intellectual-property infringement, payment abuse, political manipulation, deceptive public influence, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

You must not scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, checkout, account, tracking, or administrative systems.

SMM Fame is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Instagram, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Telegram, or other platforms referenced on the website.

Platform names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. References are used only to identify the public platform or target relevant to a Campaign.

You are responsible for information and activity associated with your account. Official order, payment, verification, support, and policy communications may be sent to the account or billing email supplied by you.

You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate and accessible. SMM Fame is not responsible for communications missed because the customer supplied an incorrect email address or failed to monitor inbox and spam folders.

The SMM Fame website, branding, original copy, graphics, layouts, software, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, resold, or reused without permission.

By submitting a public target, you confirm that you are authorized to request the service for that target. Submission of a public URL or username does not transfer ownership of the related profile or content to SMM Fame.

To the extent permitted by law, SMM Fame is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or platform-related losses, including loss of profit, opportunity, reach, ranking, eligibility, revenue, data, or account status arising from platform actions or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, and to the extent permitted by law, direct liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that affected order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SMM Fame may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, orders, or accounts where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unauthorized payments, abuse, unlawful use, security threats, repeated false disputes, or a material breach of these Terms.

The treatment of valid paid orders at the time of suspension will follow the applicable delivery and refund policies, the order status, and applicable law.

These Terms may be updated when legal, security, operational, payment, or service requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.

Updated Terms apply to future use and future orders from the published effective date. Completed orders will not be retroactively changed in a way that removes rights that already accrued or rights protected by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Customers should first contact SMM Fame and provide the relevant order and payment details so the issue can be reviewed in good faith.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection forums, mandatory legal rights, and other applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
